Liverpool complete a deal to sign Adrian following the departure of Simon Mignolet.
The goalkeeper was at Melwood today to put pen to paper on his contract with the Reds.
Liverpool have bagged £6m from the Mignolet fee & sign Adrian for £0 = profit £6m
Adrian will be on far less than Mignolet also so Liverpool winning on salary front also.
The Spanish goalkeeper has been around for some time – the 32-year-old spent six years with the Hammers before his contract ran out this summer.
One of his most notable moments in a West Ham shirt came in the third round of the 2014/15 FA Cup when he eliminated Everton.
It came down to a penalty shootout after a 1-1 stalemate, and it was sudden death – Joel Robles smashed his effort off the crossbar before Adrian burried his to make it 9-8.
